Carefully chosen Alaska Pollock caught in the waters of Bering Sea is filleted, skinned and de-boned to make into fish blocks. Then they are sized down cut into specified size.
To be able to safely consume, we produce additive-free Alaska Pollock balls so you can enjoy the mouthfeel of true fish cake. We also produce balls such as shrimp and octopus.
