1938 Founded as Yanagihara Suisan Co. in Iwate Prefecture Kamaishi City.
1947 Established as Nittouhogei Co., Ltd. In Iwate Yamada town.
1960 Relocated our head office to Tokyo .
Opened a freezer/cold storage warehouse in Hokkaido Kiritappu city.
1972 Established a frozen food manufacturing plant in Kiritappu city (Hokkaido) to produce fish blocks.
1975 Opened a frozen food manufacturing plant in Tokyo Edogawa Ward producing fish block for sales.
1980 Established Funabashi plant in Chiba Prefecture Funabashi City and started producing fish portions mainly for McDonald's Japan.
Established fish oil tank yard in Aomori prefecture Hachinohe city.
1988 Celebrate fiftieth anniversary of the founding of our company.
1989 Changed company name to Nitto Delmar Co., Ltd. Increased capital by JPY 200 million.
Established Kushiro plant and began operation.
Set up a joint plant with Thai government, CO-OP FOODS (Thailand) Ltd.
1990 Changed company name to Delmar Co., Ltd.
Started producing processed seafood, mainly Fish Blocks at Co-op Foods (Thailand) Ltd.
1992 Established a new head office next to Funabashi plant and relocated.
1993 Installed spiral freezer at Funabashi plant.
1996 Installed automatic palletting robot at Funabashi plant.
1997 Best Supplier Award was awarded from McDonald's Japan.
2003 Excellent Supplier Award was awarded from McDonald's Japan.
Installed Automatic packaging machine at Funabashi plant.
2004 Started to supply "Fish McDipper" to McDonald's Japan.
2005 Start to supply "Ebi-Filet-O" to McDonald's Japan.
2006 Moved head office to Makuhari new city.
Remodeled ex-head office located at Funabashi and opened as "Food Studio" to meet global development needs.
Changed company name from Co-op Foods Thailand to Thai Delmar Co., Ltd.
2010 Become subsidiary company of Nissui.
2012 Moved head office to Katsushikacho Funabashi city.
2016 Relocate head office and Food Studio to Chuo-ku, Tokyo to integrate both functions.
